All orders are processed after payment verification. Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise (for pre-orders).

Tracking information will be provided once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners such as DHL, Pos Malaysia, or other insured courier services depending on destination.

All parcels are securely packed to ensure protection during transit.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

East Malaysia: 4-6 business days

West Malaysia: 3-5 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, customs clearance, or courier issues.

Risk & Responsibility

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier and tracking information is provided.

1Gold will assist customers in tracking shipments but is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information provided.

Parcel Opening Recommendation

Customers are strongly advised to record a video while opening the parcel for security and verification purposes.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Insurance & Security

High value orders may require additional verification before shipment for security purposes.

Due to gold price fluctuations, all confirmed orders are final once shipped and cannot be cancelled.
