Buying From 1Gold

• Orders can be placed via Shopee, Website or direct enquiry through WhatsApp or Email.
• Prices follow market movement and may change without prior notice.
• All bullion products are sold in original sealed condition.
• Orders will be packed securely and shipped with tracking (3-6 business days).
• Bullion products are sold as investment assets and are not eligible for return unless authenticity issues are proven.

Buyback Policy

We currently offer buyback for selected products under the following conditions:

• Original sealed bullion only (Veriscan supported products preferred).
• Final price confirmed after inspection.
• Payment made via bank transfer after verification.
• We reserve the right to decline any transaction/ offer.
• Contact us for a quote through WhatsApp or Email.

Transaction Safety

• For security purposes, orders for 10gram and above may be subject to verification.
• 1Gold reserves the right to decline suspicious transactions.
